Commonwealth Supply Chain Advisors, a leading supply chain consulting firm, is recruiting for a detail-oriented and highly professional executive assistant to join our team. This person will play a critical role in the company’s growth by supporting the executive team. At Commonwealth we:

This is a full time, work-from-home position based in the Eastern or Central time zones. Relocation is not required.


Job Duties:

  • Fully support Commonwealth’s president:
    • Outlook: manage email, calendar, task management, etc.
    • Travel: book, management and troubleshoot
    • Communicate with customers and employees on scheduling and other matters
    • Support the sales process for the president
      • Coordinate the sales process for companies in the sales pipeline
      • Transcribe meeting note dictations and take notes on calls
      • Organize all sales materials; file material using online tools
      • Proof, finalize and print proposals
      • Coordinate contractual documents
      • Coordinate project kick off meeting scheduling and materials
      • Coordinate technology and operations systems set-up and tracking for employees, i.e. computer purchases, third-party IT support partner, cell phone support, etc.
      • Plan and organize on-line and in-person company meetings
      • Provide human resources and accounting administrative support as needed:
        • Customize offer letters and employee contracts
        • Manage the onboarding of new employees
        • Perform benefits administration
        • Process employee expense reports
      • Support marketing and business development:
        • Update and administer Salesforce.com
        • Coordinate tradeshows and conferences
        • Proof marketing materials, press releases, etc.
        • Assist with other projects, as needed

  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person

  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of iPhone integration to Outlook for calendar and email
  • Experience administering Salesforce.com in a small company environment
  • Familiarity with on-line travel & expense platforms
  • Experience working in a decentralized environment
  • Exposure to supply chain organizations
