Boston, MA

Commonwealth Supply Chain Advisors (Commonwealth) is pleased to announce its recent hire of Drew Eubank, who has joined the team as a Senior Consultant. In this role, Mr. Eubank will lead clients through transformative initiatives within their supply chains. He will be based in Atlanta.

Mr. Eubank joins Commonwealth with 15 years of experience in operations management and internal consulting roles for leading companies such as Luxottica, FedEx Supply Chain, DHL, UPS, and HHGregg. Over his career, he has been responsible for designing, starting up and running multiple large scale distribution center operations both within Third-Party Logistics companies (3PLs) and for manufacturers. He has managed teams of 500+ operations personal, led performance turnaround initiatives with struggling businesses and spearheaded major supply chain transformation projects to drive growth. Mr. Eubank is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership.

“Drew has a reputation for building relationships and producing highly effective teams that drive world class service and results,” said Colman Roche, Commonwealth’s vice president of consulting. “This, coupled with his expertise in operations management, facility design, and 3PL contract structuring make him an invaluable asset to our clients and an exciting new member of our team at Commonwealth.”

In addition to a strong background in operations management and project leadership, Mr. Eubank brings to Commonwealth a deep understanding of pharmaceutical, life sciences, and medical device distribution. His knowledge of Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Verified-Accredited Wholesale Distributors (VAWD) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations as well as the associated stringent audit process, augments the broad range of expertise already present within Commonwealth. Mr. Eubank also has experience in the retail, apparel, and high-tech sectors.

Mr. Eubank commented on his new role, “I was attracted to Commonwealth because I believe in the company’s model of hiring only senior level, highly experienced consultants, as it is unique in our industry. I’ve run large, complex operations and I understand the value that experienced consultants can provide. Companies need consultants that can advise on strategies based on real-world experience in addition to academic knowledge and data modeling. Commonwealth brings the full package to client engagements and does so using a completely objective approach with the client’s need in mind. The average Commonwealth consultant has over 25 years of experience, which means I get to serve with and learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry.  I believe that the Commonwealth approach to consulting is the right one,” Mr. Eubank said. “I’m extremely humbled and proud to be part of such a talented team!”
