Commonwealth’s panel discussion will shine a spotlight on the role of order execution in e-commerce order fulfillment
Commonwealth Supply Chain Advisors’ President, Ian Hobkirk, will lead a live panel session, “Your Order Execution Process Now and in the Future,” at Multichannel Merchant’s E-Fulfillment Summit: Meeting Today’s Challenges Head On. Panelists, Matt Dellos, VP of Operations of Premier Performance Products and David West, General Manager, Bethlehem, PA Fulfillment Center of zulily will share how their companies approach order execution for e-commerce and what business factors have shaped their processes. Hobkirk, a recognized thought leader in e-commerce fulfilment optimization, will set the stage with an educational session on the different order execution approaches (batch, wave, waveless) and their pros and cons.
